Cancellation/Refund Policy:
* Refunds are available seven (7) or more days prior to the event date. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 administration fee.
* No refunds will be granted for any cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the event date.

Auburn House, the Auburn Bay Residents Association (ABRA), is a non-profit organization, which is professionally managed and maintained to ensure Auburn Bay’s community features, amenities and the Auburn House facility, lake and park is and will continue to be both esthetically pleasing and conveniently available for the long-term use of its member residents.The Auburn Bay Residents Association, among managing and maintaining the Auburn House facility and amenities, also organizes a number of community events such as Movie Under the Stars, 3 on 3 Hockey Tournament, holiday celebrations and many more. The ABRA coordinate these community events to ensure that residents maintain a sense of community with their neighbours.
